Jim Preissler is the COO & Director of Research of Majestic Research, an Independent Research Firm providing specialized services to institutional investors. Previously started the Digital Media research group at Investec, which included coverage of Entertainment Software, Digital Media, and Consumer Entertainment Devices. Previously, he founded the Internet Research Group at UBS PaineWebber. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Lubomir Penev is a Technology Compliance Liaison at Investment Technology Group Inc., an equity trading brokerage company. He holds Bachelors Degrees in Economics and Computer Information Systems, and is currently pursuing an MBA degree in Finance at NYU - Stern School of Business. Mr. Penev served as the Captian of the Bulgarian National Tae Kwon Do Team, and has taught in the US at Professional Tae Kwon Do in New York City.

William Heyn is a Managing Director of Blue Lion Ventures, a boutique investment bank and a Partner in the international investment bank of E. J. McKay & Co, Inc. Mr. Heyn received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Master Kwan Sup Kim of Professional Tae Kwon Do in New York City. Mr. Heyn is also a Master Scuba Diver Trainer with the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) and active Northeast Wreck technical diver. He is a graduate of Yale University.

Melissa Allen Preissler, Ph.D. is a Developmental Psychologist jointly in the Psychology Department at Yale University and the Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the Yale Child Study Center. She received her Ph.D. at New York University in 2003 after completing a Fellowship at Harvard University. Her research investigates language acquisition, symbolic understanding, and play skills in young typically developing children and children with developmental disabilities, including autism.
