Melissa Allen Preissler, Ph.D. is a Developmental Psychologist jointly in the Psychology Department at Yale University and the Developmental Disabilities Clinic at the Yale Child Study Center. She received her Ph.D. at New York University in 2003 after completing a Fellowship at Harvard University. Her research investigates language acquisition, symbolic understanding, and play skills in young typically developing children and children with developmental disabilities, including autism. |
